Gareth and Peter opened the show by referring to some self-censorship from Episode 13 and asked for feedback on this topic. Peter described some ‘paranormal’ experiences during his three days away in the Midlands, UK. (photos on the Mindset Forum Paranormal Section.)
Next the clips were played:
A school in South Los Angeles is losing all its teachers, counsellors and even maintenance men. Is it about the money? Or are there other ingredients to this story? Gareth and Peter discuss the minutiae and possible consequences for Fremont High school.
A father is threatened with arrest for taking a photo of his son in a public area. are we living within a mindset that will be impossible to break? It is a mindset. Are people with cameras terrorists , burglars or child snatchers. Are there no longer any tourists?
The US has so far spent $226 billion on the Iraq war. $12 Billion has simply vanished, having been plane-loaded over to Baghdad for whoever to do whatever with. Who cares? Where is this reported? What is the agenda here?
Are we talking about the political systems of Pol Pot? Stalin , Hitler? Mao Tse Tong? No , this is the UK. Are we talking centuries ago? No, a policy was in place until the late 1960s to migrate children from care or from struggling familites to the outposts of the old Empire. Most were abominably treated. PM Gordon Brown apologises. But who should he apologise on behalf of?
Dehydrated patients forced to drink water from flower vases, accident victims left untended for hours, clinical judgements being made by receptionists. Is the mindless chasing of targets, set by the Political Parties, culpable in the early deaths and shocking treatment of over 400 patients at a Mid Staffordshire Hospital?
Secret Service Torture and Secrecy:
Britain’s top three judges released a devastating finding that MI5 officers have a ‘dubious record when it comes to human rights and coercive techniques’. After calling such claims ‘ ludicrous lies ‘ Miliband wishes future findings , especially if found complicit, held in secrecy. Gareth and Peter discuss.
and finally….
The Newscaster deserves ‘pun of the week ‘ prize for “Holy Smokes”. Mr. Kennedy lost his house and all his possessions in a fire, apart from a painting of Jesus. (film on Mindset Forum in Paranormal Section)
Is it a miracle of divine intervention? If so, the ultimate question- why did Jesus let his house burn down? Not very Christian of Jesus…
Until Next week, Peace Out Humans…
Cell phones show human movement predictable 93% of the time
We all know that Cell (Mobile) phones can be used to track us with ease, using triangulation of the constant signal from the phone to the cell tower, but did you know this…
It’s not currently possible to know exactly where everyone is all the time, but cell phones can provide a pretty good approximation. Cell phone companies store records of customers’ locations based on when the customers’ phones connect to towers during calls. Researchers realized that taking this data and paring it down to users who place calls more frequently might allow them to see if they could develop any measure of how predictable human movements and locations are. The users they worked with placed calls an average of once every two hours, connecting to towers that cover an area of about two square miles.
So, it seems that people in general are very predictable in their daily movements and habits.
Customers that stuck to the same six-mile radius had predictability rates of 97 to 93 percent, and this fell off as the typical area of travel grew. But the predictability eventually stabilized, and remained at 93 percent even as the radius of travel rose to thousands of miles. Regardless of how widely they traveled, the researchers could adequately predict their locations, down to the specific tower, 93 percent of the time.

I Guess Microsoft really is Evil…
Microsoft has a 22-page document which outlines how they store all your private data in their online servers. The document also tells government agencies how they can get it. But, oh surprise, they don’t want you to see it!
The document was unearthed by Cryptome, the site who previously unveiled similar papers by Facebook, Skype, and other online giants. When Microsoft learned about it, they sent their rabid law dogs to tear Cryptome apart, Digital Millennium Copyright Act in one hand, iron bar in the other. So far they have managed to coerce Cryptome’s host company to take down the site the pages aren’t taken down. Network Solutions complied with Microsoft’s barking, passing along the message to Cryptome that, if they don’t take down the “secret” material, they would take down the whole site.
Obviously, Microsoft and Network Solutions don’t give a damn about public interest. Make no mistake: Knowing what Microsoft can disclose and how, no matter if you are a criminal or just some innocent dude using Microsoft’s services, should interest you

Photograph a cop, 10 years in jail in the UK
Next month the United Kingdom is to introduce a law that could could send photographers to prison for up to ten years, if they were to snap a picture of the British Bobby on the beat!
The new set of rules, under section 76 of the 2008 Act and section 58A of the 2000 Act, will target anyone who ‘elicits or attempts to elicit information about (members of armed forces) … which is of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism’.
A person found guilty of this offence could be liable to imprisonment for up to 10 years, and to a fine.
The law is expected to increase the anti-terrorism powers used today by police officers to stop photographers, including press photographers, from taking pictures in public places. ‘Who is to say that police officers won’t abuse these powers,’ asks freelance photographer Justin Tallis, who was threatened by an officer last week.
Tallis, a London-based photographer, was covering the anti-BBC protest on Saturday 24 January when he was approached by a police officer. Tallis had just taken a picture of the officer, who then asked to see the picture. The photographer refused, arguing that, as a press photographer, he had a right to take pictures of police officers.
According to Tallis, the officer then tried to take the camera away. Before giving up, the officer said that Tallis ‘shouldn’t have taken that photo, you were intimidating me’. The incident was caught on camera by photojournalist Marc Vallee.

Media Manipulation

This image above clearly illustrates how the media can take one photograph, and edit it in such a way as to alter the viewers perception of an event. Truly an eye opening visual…

Aliens could be here on Earth!
Lord Martin Rees, president of the Royal Society and astronomer to the Queen, said the existence of extra terrestrial life may be beyond human understanding.
He made the remarks shortly after hosting the national science academy’s first conference on the possibility of alien life.
“They could be staring us in the face and we just don’t recognise them. The problem is that we’re looking for something very much like us, assuming that they at least have something like the same mathematics and technology,” he said.
“I suspect there could be life and intelligence out there in forms we can’t conceive. Just as a chimpanzee can’t understand quantum theory, it could be there as aspects of reality that are beyond the capacity of our brains.”

Episode 13 may be unlucky for some, and in someways it was for us. We’ll discuss our Ep 13 ‘issues’ in depth next week. But for now we’ll leave you with another excellent episode of the Mind Set Podcast.
This addition this the usual intro we touched on, a UK human Rights Watchdog are calling for an independent probe into claims that British Security Services had been complicit in the torture of 20 terror suspects. The Falkland Islands are in the spotlight again, because of oil, and a 5 year old was called fat by a local Health Authority. Chitty Chitty Bang Bang star Lionel Jeffries has died aged 83.
Fed Building Crash
Joe Stack has done a big favour for the NWO. ‘Violent revolution is the only answer’ according to Stack. If you follow his reasoning, you will be targeted and arrested in crack down. Any group that doesn’t agree with the government are called “Extremist Groups” and “Hate Groups”. Domestic Terrorist is a new handle. They want us to be violent so A. they can arrest us and B. because they can introduce still further measures to control us.
CNN Report : “Citizens should be aware of those who talk of or hold grudges against the government, and intervention should be made for the safety of the person with the grudge, as well as the person hearing about the grudge, and for the overall public at large” – FBI profiler
“Perhaps we need stricter checks on all pilots, and mandatory mental health evaluations at various points in a career….” – Aviation expert
Super Quakes
Keeping Quakes in the news, albeit a non story of what might occur. Super Quakes are associated with End Times and possibly those who are trying to usher End Times in. No one survives the EndTimes Super Quake as per the Book of Revelations so why worry?
Taliban Roads and Taliban Arrest
Taliban Roads: A pumped up reporter and how the news is reported in the USA and UK. Breaking news on the War on Terror in Afghanistan. The Netherlands’ coalition government has collapsed after the two largest parties failed to agree on whether to withdraw Dutch troops from Afghanistan later this year, as had been planned. The Christian Democrats wanted to stay beyond Aug 2010, whilst Labour wanted out as they had previously agreed as a coalition. their operation began in August 2006 and involves 1,906 troops. 21 Dutch killed. This is a setback for the international coalition” No country has pulled out in the 8 years of the war. NATO fears a domino effect. The war is unpopular in Holland.
A Taliban Arrest: A murky situation : Baradar’s capture has been portrayed as a breakthrough in U.S. efforts to get Pakistan to pursue Taliban leaders in the country. But emerging details about the arrest challenge that conclusion and questions are being asked about his role & relationship with President Karzai..
Bank Profits
A 92% increase in profit reported. Barclays Bank PLC had no bailout. Do or don’t bailouts work? However a lot of their competitors went under and so have seen a bigger share of market. Banks are all part of the same system. UK Government Bank RBS is to announce its results on Thursday with annual losses of around £6 billion expected.
It is embarrassing that a country like Iran that has been embroiled in War – and supposedly on the brink of war with the west – and conflicts with Iraq since 1980 and is considered as a semi-developed country is able to put together a space programme. The UK space programme was basically mothballed in the 1970′s and the UK does not contribute financially to the International Space Station. Jodrell Bank is under threat constantly from bean counters for the sake of £100,000. Will our so called enemies get the higher ground and is this in response to the USA & Obama quitting the Moon Missions?

Weight Fascists Upset 5 Year Old
School bullies are usually found in the playground. Now it seems that it is not just kids pulling faces at other kids. Some grown ups are at it too.
Stories of children’s lunchboxes being opened and their contents removed by monitors are already abound in most areas of the UK.
But has Nanny now gone too far by telling one small girl she is ‘overweight’ when she patently is not? A Local Health Authority has branded a 5 year old ‘fat’ and ‘at risk of cancer’ in an astonishing attack on common sense and common decency.
The Bournemouth and Poole Primary Care Trust wrote to the mother, Mrs. Susan Davies, 38, who found the letter ‘insulting’. The Health Officials remain unrepentant, refusing to answer specifics, instead offering this from a nameless source:
‘It is right that parents are aware of the consequences for their children – and good health is key to a great start in life.’

A Flintstones Worldview

Nearly a third of Texans believe humans and dinosaurs roamed the earth at the same time, and more than half disagree with the theory that humans developed from earlier species of animals, according to the University of Texas/Texas Tribune Poll.
The differences in beliefs about evolution and the length of time that living things have existed on earth are reflected in the political and religious preference of our respondents, who were asked four questions about biological history and God:
• 38 percent said human beings developed over millions of years with God guiding the process and another 12 percent said that development happened without God having any part of the process. Another 38 percent agreed with the statement “God created human beings pretty much in their present form about 10,000 years ago.”
• Asked about the origin and development of life on earth without injecting humans into the discussion, and 53 percent said it evolved over time, “with a guiding hand from God.” They were joined by 15 percent who agreed on the evolution part, but “with no guidance from God.” About a fifth—22 percent—said life has existed in its present form since the beginning of time.
• Most of the Texans in the survey—51 percent—disagree with the statement, “human beings, as we know them today, developed from earlier species of animals.” Thirty-five percent agreed with that statement, and 15 percent said they don’t know.
• Did humans live at the same time as the dinosaurs? Three in ten Texas voters agree with that statement; 41 percent disagree, and 30 percent don’t know.
