But he’s just 4-years-old. Evolving Miss USA
I dont know why, but I find the whole creationist debate fascinating. It speaks to a deep philosophical divide in America, and while most would think it is the devision between ignorance and enlightenment, I find it a divide between the lazy and the not so lazy.
Just look at the astounding video below. Miss USA contestants all stating their opinions as to whether evolution should be taught in schools.

Any Plans for the Weekend? – The Rapture
So its the end of the world this weekend. Yeah I know it sounds like the ravings of the mentally ill, and it probably is, but who knows maybe this Saturday will herald the end of it all.
Not too surprisingly the vast majority of people on this planet are not too concerned that it all could end on the 21st of this month, and that the rapture may well be upon us! I include myself in that not too concerned list, as for me the whole Rapture end of the world deal, reeks of bullshit and the likely hood of it happening is slim to none.

Stephen Hawking – “There is no Heaven”
Cosmologist, Physicist and speculator Stephen Hawking in a recent interview in the UK’s Guardian newspaper, states that “there is no heaven, its all a fairy story”.
While Hawkins statement is just as accurate as the conclusion put forth by other people stating definitively that there is a heaven. Hawking will no doubt make headlines the world over as a non-beliver!

Political Hand Signals..?
It seems that the more things change, the more they stay the same. President Obama has now been photographed displaying the “Mano Cornuto” or Satanic Salute, and along with the rest of the worlds power elite, who make a point of publicly displaying this hand gesture, signals that the agenda can continue without pause.
When Ex-President Bush Jr was photographed on multiple occasions displaying this hand signal, he publicly stated that he was just showing his support for the Texas Longhorns.
Well I guess everyone listed below are also fans of that football team…
Sinead Speaks Out
Sinead O’Connor has always been out spoken and uncompromising in her beliefs, so much so that her highly controversial appearance on NBC’s Saturday Night Live in 1992 virtually destroyed her career over night. Up until that moment, Sinead had been a very successful rock artist with a vibrant and growing fan base, all to be washed away by tearing up a picture of the Pope and speaking out against Child Abuse in the Church.
The Slow Creep into Tyranny
Recently a few of us were on Skype discussing the difference in an individuals freedom of speech depending on the country you reside in. When I questioned how a country like England got its speech regulated to limit hate speech, it was not shocking to learn it passed without any real debate. In my opinion political correctness is used to stifle, limit, or completely avoid debate and communication on very important issues that face us almost everyday.
Playing creationists at their own game
Phil Senter is a biologist, paleontologist and an atheist, and not surprisingly he is not thrilled at the prospect of increasingly vocal creationists talking smack about Charles Darwin’s prestigious theories.
So Phil has decided to take it upon himself to try and convince creationists that they are barking up the wrong tree concerning mankind’s origins, and get on board the Darwin express!
