“Wi-Fi or Wi-Spy”
Researchers in London have developed a prototype detector that can use wi-fi signals to see through walls. It’s known as a passive radar system. This see through the wall technology has many potential uses good and bad.

Wi-Fi radio signals are found in 61 percent of homes in the U.S. and 25 percent worldwide. The privacy concerns are evident, however those are often over shadowed by the benefits we are sold from this technology.

As we move forward with more covert surveillance tech it will continue to clash with our civil liberties. Is this another prototype meant to enhance security, or will it too eventually turn into an assault on privacy? Just think about it…
