The Obama Birth Cert Question…
A new twist to the already strange Obama birth Certificate issue has hit the internet, and one that allegedly paints a very clear picture of President Obama’s birth place being placed outside of the United States.
This is an issue that simply does not want to go away, as the internet has been rabidly gnawing away at the fact that Barrack Obama, while being a U.S. Citizen, was allegedly not born in the U.S. or its territories. What this means, if true, is that Obama’s Presidency is an illegal one and he should be removed from his position immediately.

Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution sets the principal qualifications one must meet to be eligible to the office of president. A president must:
* be a natural born citizen of the United States;[17]
* be at least thirty-five years old;
* have been a permanent resident in the United States for at least fourteen years.
While this could all be nonsense and ultimately nothing more than a storm in a tea cup, the fact that Obama seems very reluctant to release any personal history, and when researchers continually hit roadblocks while looking into Obama’s past, this does nothing but add fuel to this fire.
Now Lucas Daniel Smith has just completed a mailing to each member of Congress a copy of a document which he stated is a certified copy of the original birth certificate of Barack Hussein Obama II showing that Obama was born in Kenya, Africa. Each birth certificate copy was sent with a seven-page, individually-notarized letter by certified mail. was completed on August 31, 2010
With the advent of this alleged Birth Certificate, and its mailing to all the members of the United States Congress, what will happen now?

The Constitution? What’s that?
The “birth certificate” from Lucas Smith has been proven to be a forgery by WND (http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=108005).
If a person were born in Kenya, she or he would need a US travel document to get to the USA. That would be either a US visa on a foreign passport or the change to his mother’s US passport to include him. One or the other would have had to have been applied for at a US Consulate in Kenya and granted before the child would be allowed to enter the USA.
If such a document existed, it would be easy to find because the records of the application for the visa or for the change to the mother’s passport would still be in the files of the US State Department, filed under applications for visas and applications for changes to passports in Kenya in 1961. The Republicans were in charge of the US State Department until January 2009. No such document has been found. No such document exists.
Obama was not born in Kenya. He was born in Hawaii, as his official birth certificate from Hawaii shows, and the facts on it were repeatedly confirmed by the officials in Hawaii. Obama has already posted a copy of the official birth certificate, the Certification of Live Birth, which is the only birth document that Hawaii has been sending out since 2001. Hawaii no longer sends out copies of the original birth certificate, only of the official birth certificate: The Certification of Live Birth.
WWW1, Would this required document be necessary if you and your family are CIA and part of the global mission? And wouldn’t it be simple to fake a Certification of Live Birth from Hawaii if you and your family are CIA and part of the global mission?
The CIA is on the side of the USA, and if Obama or his mother had worked for them, that would be something in their favor.
The birthers who hate Obama never claim that he or his mother worked for the CIA because that would be to give them the honor of working for a government department which generally (with some screwups and stupidities, such as running drugs) works for the safety and security of the USA.
There are a lot of words in the CIA claim article, and I have not tried to wade through it. I find it silly that they would have hired a black guy to work in Afghanistan or Pakistan (which is one of the claims) and that they hired Obama’s mother when she was a hippy girl (maybe later when she had a PhD). Obama did work for Business International, but that was two decades after the CIA’s involvement with that company had ceased, and the poor company was on the rocks and losing money rapidly and had to be sold to the Economist in the end. (So, obviously the CIA wasn’t funding it at the time.)
Then there are the right-wing claims that Obama’s mother palled around with Akers, the communist. If the CIA had known about that, they would not have hired her for sure.
So, i think the idea that there was a relation with the CIA is silly.
Still, are you saying that the CIA went back in time and posted a forged birth certificate in 1961? No? Are you saying that they slipped it in later? (Then how do you account for the newspaper announcements in the Hawaii newspapers on the weekend after the birth?) And, of course, they would have had to have hired this witness (http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2170432/posts).
Don’t you think the CIA is NWO just like every other outfit? Who is looking out for the USA? As far as the newspaper announcement, if there is an original article, it could have been that their name was borrowed, if you know what I mean.

Re: Barry Soetoro. He never legally changed his name to Soetoro. He simply used that name. I had an Asian name when I lived in Asia too.
By the way, you did not answer the questions? Do you think that the CIA forged his Hawaiian birth certificate, and if so how? Do you really think that he was born in Kenya, and if so how was he taken from Kenya to the USA without a US visa or a US passport issued to him when he was in Kenya?
Looking at it from another angle, why go through all the effort to fake a birth certificate and supporting documentation? The certificate has a reference number, so it shouldn’t take much effort to establish whether a genuine original exists.

I think it’s possible for the NWO to do whatever the heck they want to do behind the scenes. It would be a snap for them to forge documents etc, and I would think that if you’re in with them, the required documents are not required, as I already stated.

No effort at all, The officials of the Department of Health and the Department of Vital Records have confirmed the findings of the original clerk that there is an original birth certificate in the files (from which the clerk read off the data. How else could it be entered?), and in their first confirmation the officials said that there is an original birth certificate in the files. This must be a Hawaiian birth certificate because foreign birth certificates (even from other states) could not be filed in Hawaii’s birth registry files in 1961.
Here’s a question for you:

The question is, IF Obama really was born in Kenya (which is a crazy idea considering that pregnant women rarely traveled late in pregnancy in those days, and even more rarely to countries with Yellow Fever), then how was he allowed into the USA without a US visa on a foreign passport or the change of his mother’s passport to include him?

The birth certificate says it is part of the British Protectorate of Kenya but then why does it have an american form of dating, ie the 8/7/1961 would be in British terms be 8th of July 1961, the British way of writing the 7th of Augst 1961 would be 7/8/1961. This makes it seem as if it is a modern fake, unless some one can prove that Kenya were using an american dating system and not British which does not seem likely.
